Production

Our current production time is about 2-7 business days upon ordering. Please note during busy season like the lead up to Christmas we may require 2-3 days longer for processing and manufacturing.

925 sterling silver, 316L stainless steel and a few designs in Brass. Products made of gold and rose gold are coated with a 18K gold layer. Every product made in
925 sterling silver will have 925 or S925 stamped.

All of our jewellery is hypoallergenic and certified Nickel-free. We test every single style to ensure they meet all of our rigorous standards.

All our orders receive a complimentary quality Corella Designs Gift Box with ribbon
tie. Beautifully presented to reflect the sentimental piece of jewellery, it can also be re-used as a storage box for your Corella Designs Jewellery when it is not being worn.

Product Care

To keep your jewellery looking its best we suggest to give them occasional breaks from wear and store neatly in the provided gift box when not in use.

Avoid contact with moisture and liquid cosmetics when wearing your jewellery;
this includes but is not limited to lotion, sunscreen, and perfume.

Jewellery that is 925 Sterling Silver or Gold plated should never be worn in the shower, pool or ocean.

Pack your pieces carefully for travel; we recommend always storing them in your carry-on luggage.

Shipping

Corella Designs is please to offer complimentry Free Shipping Worldwide on all orders, this way you know exactly the price of your purchase without any nasty surprises at checkout.

For piece of mind all orders are sent via registed post with tracking number supplied.

We suggest to allow 5-15 business days for shipping, this is due to the current impact of freight services due to Covdi-19, note shipping does not include production time.
